Whilst we will ensure everything is OK with your order, we know mistakes can happen.
As per your rights, we have a 14 day return policy. The items must remain in a re-sellable condition. You will be issued a full refund or be allowed to exchange your items for something else. Returns can be taken to our office in 66, Triq il-Bellic Qormi as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund and collect the damaged items. We take extra precaution to limit damages/faults from happening.
